We are selfpublishbooks are very proud of the cookbooks that we print and bind.
Our Ota-bind technique results in the book being able to to opened flat out, very useful for when the people are using the books and following the recipes or guides. We can also hardback the book. Therefore we were delighted when we received the next that not just one, but two books that we printed are up for Gourmand World Cookbook Award.
The award promotes cookbooks throughout the world.
The two books are;
A Modern Irish Cookbook by Goodalls – Roisin O’Shea and Margaret Smith. This is in the Best authors and Chefs category.
The International Charity Bazaar Cookbook – Compiled and edited by Siobhan Denham. Published by the International Charity Bazaar. This is in the World Cuisine category.
The Gourmand World Cookbook 2014 Awards will take place in Beijing, from the 19th of May to the 21st of May.
