Jimmy Kelly is a happy-go-lucky 13 year old who is up for anything that might help him to become famous. Bulldog Bannion, on the other hand, is a nasty would-be young gangster who wants to use Jimmy Kelly and his friends for his own ends. When their worlds collide the results are hilarious….apart from the sad bits that is.
