I just wanted to once more, acknowledge my appreciation of your excellent service and support in getting my first book printed and published. I was rushing on the day I collected the books but was very impressed with the quality and the binding on the finished product. I have yet to fully launch it but everyone who has seen it or purchased it to date, has commented on the quality and finish.
